In 1980 after performing for a year in Las Vegas, Bob moved to Los Angeles and began his full time career in Real Estate. Having been licensed for five years prior to moving to Los Angeles Bob got his

Local real estate license and went on to get his Brokers’ license. For the next thirteen years Bob worked for local real estate companies: nine of those years at the Jon Douglas Company where he was consistently a top producer as well as serving as Douglas property director and on the Presidents council for the Douglas Company.

In March of 1993 Bob joined the Prudential Sunset Strip office. During the remaining nine months of the year, Bob managed to become the top producer in the office. Until 2003 Bob remained at Prudential, consistently in the “Chairman’s Circle” –which represents the top 3% of all agents in the United States. For four years he served as the chair of the Ethics Committee for the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors.

Bob Zay was one of the charter members and owners of Keller Williams Sunset opening June 1, 2003. Within four months of opening, the office began profit sharing. Bob was and is the Broker of Record for the Sunset office and served as assistant Team Leader until resigning to become Team Leader for the Long Beach Bixby office of Keller Williams.

Guaranteed to Pass is a preparatory real estate school for those individuals wanting to take the real estate licensing examination for the state of California. This program has a fifteen course, which can be taken in any order to suit your schedule. All classes have a live lecture format and the class room is located in Hollywood.

Fully Accredited

This “Principles” course is fully accredited and is mandatory for taking the agent examination. The cost is $295. Classes are taught Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7 PM and last until 9:30. All classes are taught at the Keller Williams Los Feliz office, 1660 Hillhurst, Los Angeles, Ca. 90027 (on the corner of Hillhurst & Prospect).

In order to sit for the California state real estate examination, students must attend twelve of the fifteen classes that are offered. At the conclusion of the classes the students must pass a one hundred question exam with a score of 70 or higher.

Our school is “Guaranteed”!

If the student should fail to pass the California state exam, he may continue taking classes for a full year from the date of enrollment. Our school has an over 90% pass rate. Further, the amount of tuition is fully refunded upon the close of the student’s first escrow, should that student join Keller Williams.

All instructors are experienced practicing Realtors (all are Brokers or agents with current California real estate licenses) and teach from real life experience and are available to help/coach/and tutor all students. Classes are relaxed with an easy give and take dialogue between instructors and students.

Come have fun while you learn—this is a SCHOOL WITH A HEART!
